Ronald D. Donofrio

Ronald Donofrio, 81, of Bessemer, passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at Mercy Health in Boardman, Ohio. He was born on June 29, 1943, to the late Samuel and Elizabeth (Altiero) Donofrio in New Castle, PA.

Ronald worked as a Crusher for Carbon Limestone. He loved cutting grass. He was a Pony and Little League baseball coach. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching his favorite football teams, Notre Dame, The Ohio State, and Penn State. His family meant everything to him, especially his grandson Evan who was his world.

Ronald is survived by his wife Suzanne (Russell) Donofrio, son, Christopher L. Donofrio, daughter, Jennifer Donofrio, brothers, John Donofrio, and Sam Donofrio, grandson, Evan Donofrio and his dog Bella.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Richard Donofrio.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025, 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Terry Cunningham Funeral Home, Bessemer, PA. A memorial service will follow the visitation at the funeral home.
