Robert Solomon

Robert Solomon age 86 of Petersburg died on November 6, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Boardman. He was born on January 20, 1939, in Youngstown, OH., son to Peter and Helen (Tovtin) Solomon.

Robert was a graduate of Struthers High School, served in the US Army, and was a member at the Johnson Club, and SNPJ. He enjoyed bowling, going to car shows, and gardening. he also enjoyed polka and county music.

Robert is survived by his wife Dorothy (Cetor) Solomon, two daughters, Sherri (Brian) Carder, and Carol Solomon, his son, Robert Solomon, a brother, Martin Solomon, grandchildren, Michael Solomon, Bryan Carder, and Cassandra  Solomon, and a great-grandchild, Liam Jordon.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm  at the Terry Cunningham Funeral Home, Bessemer, PA., followed by a service starting at 6: 00 pm.

In place of flowers, monetary donations can be made to the family.
