Robert G. "Bob" Robb

A funeral service will be held Friday morning at Terry Cunningham Funeral Home in Bessemer, PA for Robert G. "Bob" Robb, 64, who passed away at St. Elizabeth's Boardman Hospital on Sunday.

Bob was born on November 11, 1959, in the New Castle area, a son of Thomas Robb and Irene Robb (Cracraft).

He married the late Lisa Robb (Baskeyfield) on March 17, 1990.

He would later become engaged to Wendy Nail. The two knew each other through James Allender, Bob's longtime friend, and Wendy's brother. James was the best man at Bob and Lisa's wedding.

Bob drove commercial semi-trucks from the time he was a young adult up until his cancer diagnosis at age 63. He also served as a nurse’s aide in a nursing home for several years.

Bob's hobbies included riding motorcycles, setting off firework displays, gardening, and spending quality time with his family and pets at his residence. He was a member of Mount Jackson Presbyterian Church.

In addition to his fiance, Bob is survived by two sons, Bobby (Sharin) Robb, and Carmen (Dawn Lehnerd) Robb; two brothers Richard (Sandra) Robb, and Thomas (Linda) Robb; one grandchild Elaina Robb; and two nieces and one nephew.

Besides his late wife, Bob was preceded in death by, one daughter, Misty Robb; his father and mother; and in-laws Herman Baskeyfield and Carmella Baskeyfield (Salzillo).

Calling hours will be held Thursday, September 5, 2024 from 4:00 pm- 7:00 pm at Terry Cunningham Funeral Home, 203 Oak St., Bessemer, PA, 16112. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Friday September 6, 2024 at Terry Cunningham Funeral Home in Bessemer.

In lieu of flowers or gifts, memorial contributions may be made to Mount Jackson Presbyterian Church, 129 Mt. Air Rd., New Castle, PA, 16102.
