Robert M. Palkovich

Robert M. Palkovich, 86, of New Castle, died on Wednesday,  June 4, 2025, at the Providence Health and Rehab Center.

He was born on July 20, 1938, in Mt. Jackson, PA, son of the late Michael and Mary (Knox) Palkovich. Bob worked as a Lineman for Penn Power. Bob was in the Army Reserves, and he was a member of the American Legion. He most enjoyed the time on the family farm, planting corn, hay, and raising beef cattle. Bob also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Bob is survived by his great-nephew, David Palkovich, and great-niece, Heather Jackson, along with his companion, Tonya Rictoros.
In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by a brother, Daniel Palkovich, a sister, Regina Skiba, and his nephew, Tom Palkovich.

 
Visitation will be held Thursday, June 12, 2025, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Terry Cunningham Funeral Home, 203 Oak Street in  Bessemer, PA.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 13, 2025, at 11:00 am at the Cunningham Funeral Home.

Burial will take place in Mt Jackson Cemetery.
