Laverne J. (Vlah) Stickle

Laverne J. Stickle, 95, passed away on April 24, 2023, at her home in Bessemer. Laverne was born on July 21, 1927, in New Castle, daughter of the late Marion and Sauvi (Sepic) Vlah. Laverne was a graduate of Bessemer High School. She worked in the office at Shenango Pottery and later worked at Giant Eagle. 
Laverne is survived by her children, Ronald Stickle of Bessemer, and Thomas Stickle of Boardman, Ohio, and a niece, Rhonda Infurnasi, of Kennebunk, Maine. In addition to her parents, Laverne was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Stickle, Sr., and two brothers, Ronald and Randall Vlah. 
The family would like to thank Laverne’s caregivers, and the Hospice staff from Anova, for their care and support given to Laverne and the family.
There are no calling hours or services planned.
